Student Support and Wellbeing Services have created a Student Triage and Referral Tool (STaRT) that can be accessed by any staff members to find and refer a student to relevant support services within UCL when a student approaches them with a disclosure. The tool can be accessed through a UCL single sign-on.
The tool provides one-stop shop for getting information on various issues that students may face and listing the right support for them. The staff member can select most appropriate options and make their way through the tool without needing any prior knowledge about various support services UCL provides. The tool is kept under constant supervision and if you notice missing advice, you can give feedback for prompt updating of the tool.
