Student Support and Wellbeing Services are a team of experts that provide wellbeing, disability and mental health support in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, for all students at UCL. They also provide specialised support in form of psychological and counselling services, and can make referrals to external specialist support providers like Rape Crisis or Survivors UK for students who have experienced any form of sexual misconduct.

You can read about different services Student Support and Wellbeing Services provide in detail on the Student Support and Wellbeing Services website.

It is important to note that Student Support and Wellbeing Services are not an advocacy service, meaning their function is not to make decisions on whether an incident violated UCL policies and they cannot advocate on your behalf if you make a formal complaint, but they can help you with support through the formal process and make a case for reasonable adjustments with your department to support your mental health and academic progress.

You can contact Student Support and Wellbeing Services advisors either by submitting a 'report with contact details' form on Report + Support, or  directly by booking appointments via Ask UCL for longer or same day appointments. Student Support and Wellbeing Services advisors will also contact anonymous reporters with the two-way messaging service enabled to provide appropriate support. Read this webpage for more information on making appointments with Student Support and Wellbeing Services.
