# Action plan "Promotion of Early-Career Researchers" 2025-27

As part of the federal program[Promotion of Early-Career Researchers (2025–2028)](https://www.swissuniversities.ch/en/themen/nachwuchsfoerderung/nachwuchsfoerderung-2025-2028/tp1), the University of Zurich (UZH) is implementing a targeted action plan to ensure excellent research, teaching, and working conditions for postdoctoral researchers.

The goal is to sustainably enhance the career prospects and employability of postdocs – including opportunities beyond academia. The action plan includes nine concrete measures across the areas of regulations, funding, and training.
