## Graduation invitation

Graduands are invited to attend graduation ceremonies by conferral. If you're unsure when you were conferred, your conferral date is on your [academic record (transcript)](https://www.uts.edu.au/current-students/managing-your-course/your-student-info/student-or-alumni-records/academic-record?utm_source=sfmc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=StudentAdministrationUnit&utm_term&utm_content=transcript) and [testamur.](https://www.uts.edu.au/current-students/managing-your-course/your-student-info/student-or-alumni-records/ahegs-and-testamur)

## Eligibility to defer

If you're unable to attend the ceremony season that you've been invited to, you can defer to attend a future ceremony season. Eligibility applies as outlined below.

**You must** [**complete the deferral form**](https://forms.uts.edu.au/index.cfm?FormId=788) **in order to be invited to a future ceremony season.** When completing the form, you'll be prompted to nominate which ceremony season you wish to be invited to.

| Anyone conferred in May, July and/or September 2025. | Spring 2025. | Spring 2026. |
