The fees listed on this webpage are applicable only for the year 2026. Please note that these fees are subject to change on an annual basis.

**IMPORTANT:** It is your **responsibility** to ensure you are present to accept the delivery of the documents. This applies to **both local and overseas addresses**. If you miss the delivery, UTS is not liable to re-send the documents, you will have to make a new request and pay for postage again.

#### \* Mailing costs (graduation gown purchase)

There is a standard national postage fee of $27. 

International postage will vary depending on location. Indicative mailing costs will be confirmed after submitting your gown purchase request.

*\*\*For conferred students who opted out of digital documents via My eQuals, your hard copy Transcript and AHEGS is included in the same package as your original Testamur*.
