Self-service printing, copying and scanning is available for use by UTS students and UTS College students across all our campuses.
Printing costs
Printing and copying charges per sheet

Scanning
Scanning is free!
Please note: You need at least $0.01 on your printing credit account to be able to scan.
My Monitor

You can manage your money, load funds onto your account, check your balance, and receive balance statements through My Monitor.
Cash and card recharge can also be done at the recharge station located at CB10.02.471.
Remember, you'll only have access to My Monitor when your student ID card has been issued and activated.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any credit you may have added to your account, even at the end of your enrolment. So please manage your funds carefully.
Digital Imaging Service
Services include:
- A4, A3 and oversized digital colour printing and copying on a range of stocks
- Large format (A2 – A0) digital colour, and plan printing
- Comb, wire, tape, photobook, and thesis binding
- Scanning up to A0, and 35mm slides
- Guides and helpful advice on complex print production
To submit your print files:
- A4, A3 and oversize A3; choose our printer ‘DIS Colour’on the DAB Computer Lab’s computers, or
- Large format (A2 – A0); upload the PDF files to our One drive folder. See the Digital Imaging Service SharePoint website for the 'PDF file upload-Large Format (A2+ sizes)'
Guide sheets are available from our counter.
You can pay by UTS Student ID card, EFTPOS or credit card. We cannot accept cash.
