## Advisory board
The advisory board has an advisory and supporting function with the aim of sensitising TUW employees to the topic of people with disabilities and supporting employees (who play a key role in the tendering and application process) in the tendering process and in the recruitment process.
- Decision function
- Advisory function: Information and sensitisation of TUW employees in the tendering and application process or the advisory board is available for an individual consultation.
- Equalising function: perceiving and balancing out preconceived opinions
- Consent and consultation rights
