Confirmation of your application

As soon as you have submitted your application for a job offer, you will also receive an automatic confirmation email.

Please send us your letter of motivation as well as your complete and up-to-date CV or other required documents according to the online form (see button APPLY NOW in the respective job offer). Note: There is also the option of submitting documents such as: Upload references, etc. under the button "+Additional documents". Please note (!) the documents required in the job offer.

Data volumes:

Please note that documents up to a maximum of 10 MB can be uploaded.
Accepted formats for upload: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .png

Pre-selection

During the pre-selection process, we ensure that confidential applications reach our specialist departments and remain in close contact with the relevant personnel. If your application is successful during the pre-selection process, you may be invited to a telephone/virtual/face-to-face interview, depending on the position. The rest of the application process varies depending on the position.

Best case: Hiring

The final step in the application process. We or the immediate supervisor will contact you immediately to discuss details. You will then be contacted by email by the responsible HR representative to clarify any further requirements.

Additional information about applications

If the job offer allows for dual applications, please answer the question "Is this a dual application?" in the additional form fields of the application form with "YES" or "NO" and enter the name of the applicant with whom you are submitting an application in the form field "Remarks in the case of a dual application".
