Make an online appointment
The doctors are working on appointment only. There is no open consultation.
If you do not see an available appointment online, you can always call to aks for an urgent appointment.
In case of absence, please cancel the appointment in time. This can be done digitally up to 12 hours in advance. You can always cancel by telephone via +32 9 264 70 20.
You can only pay cash or scan a QR-code and pay with your mobile bank app. You can not pay with bancontact or other cards.

Need urgent medical help at night, in weekends or on holidays?
Only if you need urgent medical assistance, you can call the central waiting number of the City of Ghent on a week night, public holiday or weekend: 1733.
- At night: 7 pm to 8 am
- In weekends: from Friday 7 pm to Monday 8 am
- Bank holidays: from evening from 7 pm to 8 am day after
Holidays
The practice is closed:
- Between Christmas and New Year
- During the Ghent Festivities ('Gentse Feesten')
During these periods, one can contact the student physician only for urgent matters (via +32 9 264 70 20).
In other holidays:
- You can make an appointment via the online diary.
