## Make an online appointment

The doctors are working on **appointment only**. **There is no open consultation.**

> **If you do not see an available appointment online, you can always call to aks for an urgent appointment.**

In case of absence, please cancel the appointment in time. This can be done digitally up to 12 hours in advance. You can always cancel by telephone via +32 9 264 70 20.

You can only pay cash or scan a QR-code and pay with your mobile bank app. You can **not pay with bancontact or other cards.**

## Need urgent medical help at night, in weekends or on holidays?

Only if you need **urgent medical assistance**, you can call the central waiting number of the City of Ghent on a week night, public holiday or weekend: **1733**.

- At night: 7 pm to 8 am
- In weekends: from Friday 7 pm to Monday 8 am
- Bank holidays: from evening from 7 pm to 8 am day after

## Holidays

The practice is closed:

- Between Christmas and New Year
- During the Ghent Festivities ('Gentse Feesten')

During these periods, one can contact the student physician only for urgent matters (via +32 9 264 70 20).

In other holidays:
