# Resto Campus Coupure

- Service hours: 08:00 - 15:00  warm buffet van 11:15 to 14:00 *During these hours, you can take away food and drinks or eat on-site.*

## Welcome at Pilot Project Resto Coupure: we are going back to fresh cooking!

In the restaurant, you can choose from a wide range of dishes, with a special focus on vegetables. Fresh soup will also be made daily. The menu will be based on seasonal ingredients and the distance they have to travel.

- Filled sandwich: € 3.20

Cheese sandwich: cheese, egg, lettuce and mayonnaise

Ham Sandwich: ham, egg, lettuce and mustard dressing

Sarrano Sandwich: Serranoham, pesto, lettuce and Gran Moravia

Goatcheese Sandwich: goatcheese, honey, apple and lettuce

Vegetable spread sandwich: aubergine hummus and iceberg lettuce

- Fresh soup - small portion: € 1.20 - large portion: € 1.80 - **W****ith croutons!**

Fill your plate at our buffet (€ 5,60), lumberjack bread can always be added for free. Since we cook with fresh daily products, the menu in the restaurant may sometimes differ slightly from the menu below.
