Our mission

We are devoted to delivering high quality education to students in a manner that is fair and respectful to everyone. There are three main ways in which we meet this goal:

We form partnerships with course instructors, including faculty members and sessional instructors, to support them in their teaching roles.
We ensure that students receive quality instruction and assistance by providing the necessary software and training for staff.
We provide teaching resources to the School by taking on the instructor role to teach CS courses when there is a need.

Each term ISG supports3500+ undergraduates

enrolled in one or more CS course

Each term ISG supports150+ graduates

in Teaching Assistant or Instructional Apprentice roles

Each term ISG supports20-40 co-op students

hired as Instructional Support Assistants

Each term ISG supports30+ Instructors

including Faculty, Staff, or Sessional.
