Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)

GI Bill benefits help qualifying Veterans and their family members pay for college, graduate school, and training programs. If you applied for and were awarded Post-9/11 GI Bill education benefits, your GI Bill Statement of Benefits will show you how much of your benefits you’ve used and how much you have left to use.

Yellow Ribbon Program (YRP)

The Yellow Ribbon Program can help participating students pay for higher out-of-state, private school, foreign school, or graduate school tuition and fees that the Post-9/11 GI Bill doesn’t cover. To learn more about YRP eligibility requirements, please click here!

Notes about the Yellow Ribbon Program:

• Students must be accepted for enrollment to a degree program or be currently enrolled in a degree program at Rice University.
• You must be eligible at 100% for the Post-9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33)
