Book a Room

Requesting a Room\ The School of Biological Sciences administrative staff can book a room or event space on your behalf for a special seminar, class review session, regular lab meeting, etc. To request a space email bio-admin@lists.gatech.edu with the following:
- Event type
- Number of seats needed
- Date and time of event
- Preferred location (if applicable)
- If food or beverages will be served please indicate this in the email.
In addition, you may use the below links to either book a room or to check if a conference room is available before you request the space.
Georgia Tech Events Reservation System\ Through the GT Events Reservation System you can book classrooms for review sessions, conference rooms in EBB, the large seminar room in EBB, atrium and outdoor space for events.
EBB 2013 Conference Room\ The School of Biological Sciences main office conference room seats 6 and includes a conference system. It can be booked by contacting bio-admin@lists.gatech.edu.
CE 233 Conference Room\ The School of Biological Sciences Cherry Emerson second floor conference room may be booked by contacting bio-admin@lists.gatech.edu.
CE 301A Conference Room\ The School of Biological Sciences Cherry Emerson third floor conference room includes a conference system. It can be booked by contacting bio-admin@lists.gatech.edu.
