# Book a Room

**Requesting a Room**\
The School of Biological Sciences administrative staff can book a room or event space on your behalf for a special seminar, class review session, regular lab meeting, etc. To request a space email [bio-admin@lists.gatech.edu](mailto:bio-admin@lists.gatech.edu?subject=Room%20Request) with the following:

- Event type
- Number of seats needed
- Date and time of event
- Preferred location (if applicable)
- If food or beverages will be served please indicate this in the email.

In addition, you may use the below links to either book a room or to check if a conference room is available before you request the space.

Through the GT Events Reservation System you can book classrooms for review sessions, conference rooms in EBB, the large seminar room in EBB, atrium and outdoor space for events.
