The Structures, Processes, and Organisational Wellbeing Unit carries out studies and proposals to identify areas for improvement in various fields of the university: definition and monitoring of criteria for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes; re-engineering of work processes; mapping the skills of technical-administrative staff for recruitment, training and staffing of individual structures; analysis of individual and structure workloads; job satisfaction and staff welfare; administrative support to the CUG; coordination of Universal Civil Service projects; relations with INAIL; allocation of caretaker accommodation.
