1. Requirements and terms

A. You can request a transfer to another Italian university if you are actively enrolled in a Sapienza degree programme and are up to date with your payments at least until the 2024-2025 academic year.

B. In the case of transfer to a programme with restricted admission, you must obtain authorisation from the destination university.

C. From the date of payment of the transfer fees, you may no longer take exams, attend lectures, tutorials or laboratories, or use the services reserved for those who are regularly enrolled.

You have 7 days from the date of submission to withdraw your application. In case of withdrawal, you are not entitled to a refund of the fees.

To transfer to another Italian university, you must pay €65 as a refund for transfer expenses.

The payment is generated on Infostud by the administrative office after the application has been submitted.
