**1. Requirements and terms**
**A. You can request a transfer to another Italian university** if you are actively enrolled in a Sapienza degree programme and are up to date with your payments at least until the 2024-2025 academic year.
**B. In the case of transfer to a programme with restricted admission,** you must obtain authorisation from the destination university.
**C. From the date of payment of the transfer fees,** you may no longer take exams, attend lectures, tutorials or laboratories, or use the services reserved for those who are regularly enrolled.
**2. Procedures**

You have 7 days from the date of submission to withdraw your application. In case of withdrawal, you are not entitled to a refund of the fees.
**3. Deadlines**
You can submit your application during the following periods:
- from 11 July 2025 to 6 November 2025 without the obligation to enrol for the 2025-2026 academic year, if you are up to date with any outstanding payments up to the 2024-2025 academic year;
- from 7 November 2025 to 18 December 2025 by paying the first instalment of the enrolment fees for the 2025-2026 academic year;
- from 19 December 2025 to 26 March 2026, by paying the first and second instalments of the enrolment fees for the 2025-2026 academic year;
- from 27 March 2026, by paying all instalments of the enrolment fees for the 2025-2026 academic year.
**4. Costs**
To transfer to another Italian university, you must pay €65 as a refund for transfer expenses.
The payment is generated on Infostud by the administrative office after the application has been submitted.
