Adjusting back to life on campus can come with its challenges and can even bring feelings of reverse culture shock. If you are finding it particularly difficult to re-adjust to your life back home, and feeling depressed or isolated from your friends and family, consider utilizing wellness resources available to you on campus to ease your transition.

• Student Wellness Center provides individual coaching, group workshops, online resources and more to promote and support student wellness. Students can take advantage of a number of resources, such as financial coaching and nutrition coaching.
• Student Health Services provides accessible, high-quality health services to support academic success and co-curricular engagement.
• Counseling and Consultation Service provides individual and group mental health services, psychoeducational workshops and outreach programming.
