國科會補助國際合作計畫
計畫申請
### 申請流程
1. 請至[國科會系統](https://www.nstc.gov.tw/ "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")提出申請案。
2. 請填寫「[國科會國合計畫校內申請書](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/plan_list_20082617343277163 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")」，核章後送至研發處。
3. 由研發處彙整造冊，備函送國科會。
請務必**以Email或電話聯絡本處承辦人**，以免計畫遺漏。
### 計畫徵求時程
#### **拋光計畫－隨到隨審（全年）**
申請案應於規劃之**計畫執行起日（且不得晚於計畫書中所列出國參與學術活動起日）之2個月前**提出（須獲國科會核准後方得執行）。
#### **龍門計畫、雙邊交流案、雙（多）邊協議國際合作計畫****－年度中徵求**
請依**校內公告之截止期限及申請流程**辦理，詳見「[計畫申請最新消息](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/news_plan?typeOrder=Unit&type=20082212212809208&unitId=22022216182868642 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")」。
#### **歐盟跨國多邊合作計畫****－歐盟計畫起始執行1年內**
依「成功參與歐盟跨國團隊科研暨創新計畫方案」，**所提計畫經歐盟審查通過者**，本國團隊須於**該歐盟計畫起始執行1年內**至國科會學術研發服務網提出「**專題類隨到隨審之雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫（Full Grant）**」申請案，並填妥「[國科會國合計畫校內申請書](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/plan_list_20082617343277163 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")」，經申請人、系(所)、院(中心)核章後，掃描email至研究發展處承辦人信箱(rjwang@ntu.edu.tw)，以便校方據以送出申請案。

計畫簽約及請款
請依**經費核定清單**、**計畫相關法規**辦理。
### **拋光計畫**
1. 請計畫主持人於**收到國科會核定公文後1個月內**至國科會系統線上簽署執行同意書，**簽畢後主動通知本處承辦人(rjwang@ntu.edu.tw)**辦理後續簽約請款。
2. 本處併案辦理簽約及請撥**暫付款**（總核定金額80%之款項），未撥款項待辦理經費結報時再依實支結果歸墊餘款。
### **龍門計畫**
1. 請計畫主持人於**收到國科會核定公文後1個月內**至國科會系統線上簽署執行同意書，**簽畢後主動通知本處承辦人(rjwang@ntu.edu.tw)**辦理後續簽約請款。
2. 本處併案辦理簽約及請撥**第1期經費**。
3. **計畫執行日起第6個月後**，本處請撥**第2期經費**。
### **雙邊交流案**
交流案以**結案時歸墊**方式辦理為原則，所需費用由計畫主持人先行墊付，執行完畢後，由計畫主持人於結報期限之三週前，備妥所有文件通知本處辦理結報，國科會再撥款歸墊。
### **雙（多）邊協議國際合作計畫（含歐盟計畫）、國際共同研究暨培訓型合作活動計畫**
請**循一般專題計畫簽約及請款流程**，詳見「[計畫核定及申覆](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/plan_list_20082617333105248 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")」。
計畫申請階段或計畫核定後，若國外合作機構有其他文件（如：*letter of acknowledgement*、*consortium agreement*）需簽署，請以**專簽**辦理用印。
【註】請登入[公文系統](https://ndoc.ntu.edu.tw/IFDPortal_NTU/ "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")，使用定型稿 **9-13**。
計畫經費流用及變更
請依**國科會核定函**、**經費核定清單**、**計畫相關法規**辦理。
**歷次流用及變更之核定文件(不論是國科會或校內核定)，計畫主持人應負完整保存之責，日後辦理結報時須自行提供完整文件。**

1. **國科會審核**事項：請至[國科會國合相關系統](https://www.nstc.gov.tw/ "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")辦理申請，並列印變更對照表，經主持人核章後掃描email通知本處承辦人(rjwang@ntu.edu.tw)，本處始據以將申請案點送國科會審核。
2. **校內審核**事項：請下載「[國科會補助國際合作計畫經費流用及變更申請書(含對照表)](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/plan_list_20082617343277163 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")」，主持人、系所核章後送本處、主計室。
### **雙（多）邊協議國際合作計畫（含歐盟計畫）**
請**循一般專題計畫經費流用及變更流程**，詳見「[國科會計畫經費流用及變更申請](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/plan_list_20083112595775682 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")」。
### **國際共同研究暨培訓型合作活動計畫**
依「**國際共同研究暨培訓型合作活動計畫徵求公告**」、「**國科會補助專題研究計畫作業要點**」、「**國科會補助專題研究計畫經費處理原則**」規定辦理。
計畫結報
請計畫主持人依**國科會核定函**、**經費核定清單**、**計畫相關法規**提出結報。
**計畫主持人應自行掌控所執行計畫之結報期限，於期限之3週前，將下列應備文件備妥，先送請主計室第二組承辦人核對帳務無誤後，再送至本處(至遲於期限1週前送達)**，由本處發文函送結報文件至國科會。
經費報銷問題，請洽**[主計室](https://www.ntuacc.ntu.edu.tw/web/index/index.jsp "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")**。
### **拋光計畫、龍門計畫、雙邊交流案（I類計畫）**
結報應備文件 (由主持人自行備妥)：
1. **國科會核定函、經費核定清單各1份**
2. **國科會變更同意函、變更後經費核定清單各1份：**如**計畫曾向****國科會****申請經費流用及變更**才需檢附。
3. **經費收支明細報告表2份**：請計畫主持人至國科會系統填寫報銷金額，於**製表人**一欄核章。
4. **[經費支出用途變更彙報表](https://ord.ntu.edu.tw/w/ordntu/plan_list_20082617343277163 "(另開新視窗) 另開新視窗")****1份**（含**所有**校內經費流用及變更申請書）：如**計畫曾辦理****校內****經費流用及變更**才需檢附，填妥後**請先送主計室核章**。
5. **擔任補助職位證明1份**：僅**拋光計畫**需檢附。
6. **支出憑證粘存單全份（主計室審核通過）**：僅**雙邊交流案**需檢附。

- **總區**計畫：**先送至主計室第二組核對帳務無誤後，再送至本處承辦人**。
