Get expert support and join a community of peers by applying for a specialized career cohort! These programs provide intensive career preparation across a variety of industries. Each program offers professional development opportunities and hands-on experiences. In addition, some programs fund internships and other career opportunities.
These programs are a great fit for students who are interested in an immersive and structured experience, enjoy being part of a cohort, and feel comfortable making a commitment of a year or more.
Students are welcome to apply to and participate in as many programs as interest them, provided they can meet all program commitments. Visit the "Application Tips" section below for advice on how to create a strong and compelling application!

[Careers in Education Professions ("Ed Pros")
Focus: students with a strong interest in the education sector, including teaching, administration, research, policy, edtech, and more.
Commitment: 1-3 years

[The Digital Assets Program
Focus: students interested in learning more about and pursuing careers in the digital economy, including cryptocurrency and blockchain

[The Restructuring Finance Program
Focus: students interested in careers in restructuring investment banking
Commitment: 2 years (program takes place during second and third year)
