## A unique, structured, and transparent evaluation system

At Executive Education HEC Lausanne, **feedback on our continuing education programmes** is not just vague impressions gathered at the end of a course. They are concrete data, systematically collected from every participant, **anonymously**, and **based on a detailed grid of 32 specific criteria**.

Since automating this process, we have already collected **more than 2,376 ratings** (as of the time of writing) in just two years, allowing us to continuously, quickly, and precisely improve each programme.

### Here are the 32 criteria we evaluate

- Usefulness and relevance of materials (documents, case studies, videos, etc.)
- Usefulness of materials for practical application
- Transferability of content to a professional context
- Potential for professional growth enabled by the content
