# Mail Access

The institute provides mail services to faculty, staff and students using Zimbra (an enterprise class email, calendar and collaboration solution) and G-Suite (Only for students from 2020-21 Autumn session onwards). The mail messaging facility is centrally managed by CIC.

To access Web based mail services from both inside and outside IIT Kharagpur network:

Use the following configuration to access mail services via third party utilities e.g. O/E, eudora mail, via mobile from both inside and outside IIT Kharagpur network:
