The project set out to look at how the Paralympics could be harnessed to shift disability stigma in Sub-Saharan African contexts.
Research aimed to build insights and inform strategic approaches through action research processes and qualitative methods. A series of pilot strategies were implemented around community engagement, broadcast and athlete development.

- Conduct the I’mPOSSIBLE education program in schools across Ghana, Malawi, and Zambia.
#### Broadcast
- Broadcast Tokyo 2020 Paralympics to 42 African countries. Expand coverage to include Paris 2024 Paralympics.
#### Athlete Development
- Establish coaching model to train new Paralympic coaches, increasing Para athletes. Capture stories of Para athlete role models.
