In addition to fostering a connection between strategic planning and daily operations, the Planning and Performance Reporting Unit serves as a catalyst for organizational improvement. By meticulously analyzing performance metrics and data trends, the unit identifies areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement within research initiatives. | |
| Strategic Planning - Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's research goals and objectives. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and coherence. Performance Measurement - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of research activities. - Establish performance metrics to track progress and evaluate the success of research projects. Data Analysis - Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to research activities. - Utilize data analytics to derive insights and inform decision-making processes. | The Planning & Performance Reporting unit includes: Reporting - Generate comprehensive and timely reports on the performance of research initiatives. - Provide clear and concise information to support informed decision-making by management and stakeholders.
