UC Berkeley Biology Scholars Program News

BSP alumna Nazineen Kandahari and her sister, current BSP member, Nilufar Kayhani, recently founded a health education initiative, the Afghan Clinic. Inspired by the disconnect they saw in their own community between health resources and knowledge, they were motivated to create a space for their community to address the health issues Afghan communities experience in the United States.
