UC Berkeley Biology Scholars Program News

BSP alumna **Nazineen Kandahari** and her sister, current BSP member, **Nilufar Kayhani**, recently founded a health education initiative, the [Afghan Clinic](https://www.afghanclinic.com/). Inspired by the disconnect they saw in their own community between health resources and knowledge, they were motivated to create a space for their community to address the health issues Afghan communities experience in the United States.
