What is the chat system?

The chat system is an important channel where Student Helpdesk respond to the current student’s inquiries about all QU services. The chat system is available through myQU portal.

Working hours:

The chat system is available from Sunday to Thursday. From 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM.

You can reach the chat system after you Login to myQu portal under the following tabs:
