**What is the chat system?**

The chat system is an important channel where Student Helpdesk respond to the current student’s inquiries about all QU services. The chat system is available through myQU portal.

**Working hours:**

The chat system is available from Sunday to Thursday. From 8:00 AM until 2:30 PM.

**Where to find the chat system?**

You can reach the chat system after you Login to [myQu](https://my.qu.edu.qa/cp/home/displaylogin "myQu") portal under the following tabs:
