Program Overview

Sustainability is no longer an optional agenda. It is a business imperative shaping investment, policy, and reputation. Despite this, many organizations struggle to translate their sustainability strategies into practical actions that fit their specific context.

This four-day executive program equips leaders in the GCC region with the frameworks, tools, and leadership capabilities to embed sustainability into organizational strategy and performance. Through systems thinking, applied analytics, and scenario-based learning, participants will enhance their ability to make informed decisions in uncertain situations, delivering a lasting impact.
