Fusion System

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems provide departments
with
accurate
and accessible shared data. The HBKU HR Department adopts
modules to
help automate
an array of tasks for employees through a self-service portal,
where
users are able
to input important information for enterprise planning and
optimization.

##### The self-service portal gives users access to the following HR-related documents and data:

- Personal/employment information
- Beneficiary update
- Document uploads
- Children’s education reimbursement request
- Leave application, return, modification, and cancellation
- HR letters (bank letters, salary certificates, and embassy
  letters)
