Need assistance? Whether it's a simple question or more in-depth support, there's a variety of help on hand for you while studying.
For out-of-hours support, call 999 for emergencies or contact Campus Safety via the SafeZone app or telephone 01904 32 3333 (for urgent queries) or 01904 32 4444 (for general security and safety questions).
For brief enquiries, Reception Services staff at the Ron Cooke Hub and the Information Centre can provide directions and information on all University services, as well as support with residential mail, keys and fault reporting.

Support for your studies
Our Student Academic Engagement and Wellbeing Policy sets out how we support you to participate fully in your studies so that you can make the most of everything university life has to offer. We ask you to check-in to on-campus teaching sessions to help us quickly identify if it looks like you may be struggling or experiencing difficulties.
Every taught student has a personal supervisor to help and advise you on all aspects of life at university. You should meet with your supervisor regularly and discuss any issues preventing academic progress as well as ways to develop your study skills.
