The Student Hub is the first point of contact for support and advice queries.

For general queries

Our Student Information Team can help with general queries. We can help if you need to request any official letters not available through e:vision via the request a document web page or if you need to get HEDD verification for an employer, embassy or agency.

For help with wellbeing and mental health

Open Door is a team of Mental Health Practitioners and Student Wellbeing Officers providing free support to registered students experiencing psychological or mental health difficulties. If you need support with your mental health or wellbeing, complete the Open Door referral form and we will endeavour to contact you within two working days.
