## For general queries
Our Student Information Team can help with general queries. We can help if you need to request any official letters not available through [e:vision](https://evision.york.ac.uk/) via the [request a document](https://www.york.ac.uk/students/studying/manage/student-record/document-request/#tab-4) web page or if you need to get HEDD verification for an employer, embassy or agency.

## For support and advice
Our Support and Advice Team provide support around:
- money management
- Student Finance queries
- private housing issues
- practical implications of academic progress issues

## For help with wellbeing and mental health
[Open Door](https://www.york.ac.uk/students/health/help/open-door/) is a team of Mental Health Practitioners and Student Wellbeing Officers providing free support to registered students experiencing psychological or mental health difficulties. If you need support with your mental health or wellbeing, complete the Open Door referral form and we will endeavour to contact you within two working days.

## For international students
The [International Student Support Team](https://www.york.ac.uk/students/support/international/) supports international students both in person and remotely via appointments, drop-ins and email. We help with:
- healthcare entitlements and access
- visas and immigration
- opening UK bank accounts
- travelling to York and other pre-arrival guidance
