Student enquiries
For student enquiries, you should use our International Student Support Self-Referral Form - this will prompt you to include the information that we need to help you. We aim to respond within three working days.
Unable to access the Google form?
We know that some countries restrict access to Google tools. If you're in China, using the University's Virtual Desktop Service will allow you to access the form.
If that's not an option, please email international-support@york.ac.uk and include 'Can't access the Google form' in your email's subject line.
Drop-in support sessions
Join an online drop-in session to speak to a member of the team. These sessions are ideal for quick informal queries.
