## Student enquiries
For student enquiries, you should use our [**International Student Support Self-Referral Form**](https://forms.gle/tPHjkJnwDxZUHwLc9) - this will prompt you to include the information that we need to help you. We aim to respond within three working days.
### Unable to access the Google form?
We know that some countries restrict access to Google tools. If you're in China, using the [University's Virtual Desktop Service](https://www.york.ac.uk/it-services/tools/vds/) will allow you to access the form.
If that's not an option, please email [international-support@york.ac.uk](mailto:international-support@york.ac.uk) and include 'Can't access the Google form' in your email's subject line.
### Drop-in support sessions
