Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture
Our Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture Committee was set up in 2022 to build on the work of previous Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committees. Its remit is to focus on culture and culture change, setting the Faculty’s culture, inclusion and wellbeing priorities and, in doing so, we seek to embed inclusion, wellbeing and a positive work-life balance throughout the Faculty.
The Committee is co-chaired by Professor Jo Bowtell (Deputy PVC) and Professor Richard Holland (Deputy PVC and Dean of the University of Exeter Medical School)
