## If you need to talk to somebody urgently about your, or a friend's or student's wellbeing call the support helplines that are open 24 hours a day, every day.

Contact our [Be Well - Talk Now](https://www.bath.ac.uk/campaigns/be-well-talk-now/) service for free, confidential advice and support. You can contact us by phone from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

# Staff support in an emergency

## Our Security team

As a member of staff, you can get help from the University’s Security team 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

If you need an immediate or emergency response, call the Security team on [01225 383999](tel:01225383999).

## Health Assured: emotional wellbeing support

If you're a member of staff, you can access free and confidential wellbeing support from registered counsellors and therapists 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Health Assured is available to offer you practical support and information when you need it most. They also offer a range of wellbeing services to support your emotional health, both at work and at home - for you and your family.
