Ask us options
Where you see an “ask us” button on the Student Hub, you can ask a member of staff a question using our live chat service.
Ask Me badges
If you’re unsure where to go on campus, look out for staff wearing orange Ask Me badges.
You can stop them at any time to ask a question.
If they cannot help you directly, they will know who can.
Social media
It’s OK to message us on social media if you have a question but you may find the answer more quickly by searching the Student Hub.
