## Ask us options

Where you see an “ask us” button on the Student Hub, you can ask a member of staff a question using our live chat service.

## Ask Me badges

If you’re unsure where to go on campus, look out for staff wearing orange Ask Me badges.

You can stop them at any time to ask a question.

If they cannot help you directly, they will know who can.

## Social media

It’s OK to message us on [social media](https://student.sussex.ac.uk/social-media) if you have a question but you may find the answer more quickly by [searching the Student Hub](https://student.sussex.ac.uk/search).
