Your password

Change your password\

You have a single password for most University systems. When you change your Sussex password, this will become your login for services including:

Getting your IT username and password for the first time

When you register with the university you will be issued with a username, password and email address. If you don't know your username and password, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Your Printing Account

You can print from your own laptop as well as from cluster PCs across the campus and to do so you need to keep your printing account topped up. You can do this either via Sussex Direct using a debit or credit card or by using cash in the Printing Account Banking Stations which are located in both the Library and in Shawcross. \

New staff

Request user account for a new member of staff (login needed)

This form should be completed by the school administrator or the new member of staff's manager. We would appreciate as much notice as possible in order to have access to all services ready for the start date(especially if this is at the beginning of the Autumn term).
