##### Driving Sustainable Process Innovation
The climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and depletion of natural resources demand a fundamental transformation of value-added chains in process industries. We no longer have the luxury of waiting for groundbreaking technological discoveries. **The key technologies for a sustainable economy are already available and ready for industrial implementation**.
The CTV research group is dedicated to **translating sustainable processes into real-world applications**. Our fundamental research explores **future process design methods** and **post-transformation technologies**, such as **carbon removal strategies** to mitigate climate change.
To learn more about our vision and current projects, explore our three research areas.
