## Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures

Johns Hopkins University (JHU) is committed to promoting a safe and supportive environment for each and every member of our community. We are available to assist you if you would like to file a report with JHU and/or local law enforcement. ### What is sexual misconduct?

### Filing a sexual misconduct report

Individuals are encouraged to report sexual misconduct to the JHU Office of Institutional Equity (OIE). The information provided in a report will be kept as confidential as is reasonably possible.
