## Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures

### What is sexual misconduct?
The term “sexual misconduct” refers to various forms of sexual and sex-based harassment, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, domestic violence, and sexual exploitation. ### Filing a sexual misconduct report
Individuals are encouraged to report sexual misconduct to the JHU Office of Institutional Equity (OIE). The information provided in a report will be kept as confidential as is reasonably possible.
