##### **Citing Generative AI (such as ChatGPT)**

The link below to "How do I cite generative AI in MLA style?" is quite comprehensive.

- The note about how to cite genAI-created images was last updated in April 2023
- "Example 3: Citing Creative Visual Works" on that page gives an example of how to cite an image created by genAI
- The "Note" at the end of Entry #5, just above "Works Cited," gives more information about citing images
