Class Year: 2024 Major: Civil and Environmental Engineering Hometown: Wynnewood, Pennsylvania Email: alemay@princeton.edu Pronouns: she/her/hers
Hello! My name is Amélie, and I'm a member of the Class of 2024 from the Philadelphia suburbs. I'm a Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) concentrator pursuing certificates in Statistics and Machine Learning and Sustainable Energy.
My long-term aspiration is to save the planet. My senior thesis research studies per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) with the Interfacial Water Group, and I've conducted a project on solar panels with the Rand Lab Group. As a member of Tau Beta Pi, I also lead tours of the engineering buildings. When I'm not in the E-quad, you can find me running around campus or visiting the Princeton Farmers' Market.
Feel free to reach out to me at alemay@princeton.edu if you have questions about life as a nerdy and eco-minded Princeton engineer.
