Building a Green and Sustainable Finance Workforce: Insights into Hong Kong Young Adults' Career Interests and Perceptions

This report presents findings from a city-wide public survey that explores the career interests of young adults (aged 18-25) in Hong Kong towards the Green and Sustainable Finance (GSF) sector. The report evaluates the city’s evolving GSF capabilities and talent ecosystem, identifies the key enablers and barriers facing youth entrants, and sets out strategies to attract, engage, and prepare the next generation of GSF professionals.
