### Building a Green and Sustainable Finance Workforce: Insights into Hong Kong Young Adults' Career Interests and Perceptions

This report presents findings from a city-wide public survey that explores the career interests of young adults (aged 18-25) in Hong Kong towards the Green and Sustainable Finance (GSF) sector. The report evaluates the city’s evolving GSF capabilities and talent ecosystem, identifies the key enablers and barriers facing youth entrants, and sets out strategies to attract, engage, and prepare the next generation of GSF professionals. The insights and recommendations are to empower education providers, industry leaders, government bodies, and youth organizations as Hong Kong advances its determination to align finance with environmental and social goals.

### Public Perception of Virtual Assets and Tokenized Money

This report presents findings from the latest edition of the survey series tracking public attitudes and perceptions towards virtual assets (VAs) and tokenized money in recent years. Through analysis of public opinions on a wide spectrum of VA-related topics, including investment experiences, intentions, and regulatory safeguards, the report provides the necessary insights that guide the development of Hong Kong's VA sector.
