• An overview of Cartesian Tensors
• Kinematics and Deformation
• Conservation Principles
• Constitutive Relations for Fluids and Solids and Boundary Value Problems
• Dynamics of Continuum Systems

An undergraduate background in mechanics, including statics, dynamics, and solid mechanics is assumed, as well as a background that includes multivariable integral and differential calculus.\ \ \ Prerequisite(s):Graduate standing or permission of instructor
