In the Käthe Leichter Forum various workstations and event spaces are available for reservation to doctoral candidates and employees of Heidelberg University.
Description of the workplaces:
Open event space (approx. 54m2)
- seating: 30 chairs with tablet arms
- technical equipment: beamer, sound system, flatscreen (85”) with integrated whiteboard function and USB, HDMI, and VGA ports (without internet access), wifi
- event space can be visually separated from the surrounding space with curtains
- air conditioned
- shared use of kitchen is possible
- the kitchen is equipped with a large table seating 12 people, coffee machine (payment method: student ID card or Studierendenwerk CampusCard), dishes and cutlery, dishwasher and sink
Co-working desks
- desk space with table lamp and adjustable chair
- several electrical outlets
- wifi
- shared use of whiteboard
- shared use of the kitchen possible
- the kitchen is equipped with a large table seating 12 people, coffee machine (payment method: student ID card or Studierendenwerk CampusCard), dishes and cutlery, dishwasher and sink
Seminar room (approx. 38m2)
- lockable room with lecture style seating and 14 chairs (7 tables)
- technical equipment: beamer, speaker system and video cameras, bluetooth keyboard and mouse, flatscreen (75”), wifi

- small meeting room with a round table and four chairs
