Who We Are
IT Service Desk
Campus Management (ZECM) is TU Berlin’s IT service provider. It plays an essential role in all University processes with TU Berlin students and employees at the center of its work. It offers a variety of high-quality IT services and operates TU Berlin’s central IT infrastructure such as the TU network, including backbone connectivity to the Internet. ZECM manages the SAP infrastructure and TUB accounts for signing in to TU Berlin and ZECM services. It also provides physical and virtual computing and storage capacity and is responsible for a number of central IT services for University members, such as the TU portal, tubCloud, and central email service.

Updates to Maintenance and Incident Communication
Thanks to numerous suggestions and valuable ideas, we have further developed our maintenance and incident communication in the ZECM. Our goal is to provide information in a clearer, more reliable, and better-plannable way.

Update: Reduced IT support – emergency operation extended until 15.04.2026
Accordingly, we will not be able to resume regular operations on 01.04.26 , as previously communicated, but will likely only be able to do so from 15.04.2026.
The current regulations remain in place, and we ask for your understanding.

CrowdStrike - Contract extension
Dear colleagues,
the contract concluded with the company CrowdStrike for the detection platform used by TU Berlin for complex attacks (Endpoint Detection and Response) will be extended for a further 12 months from 31.01.2026.
